12th Jan 2016

The Behavioural Insights Team is looking for exceptional candidates to join us in our Sydney office as we expand and grow in 2016. We have opportunities at two levels (1 x Advisor and 2 x Associate Advisor).

What we are looking for

We are looking for talented individuals who have a real passion and drive to improve outcomes for individuals and organisations. You will do this by carrying out robust evaluations to find out ‘what works’ and using behavioural insights to improve public services. All of our work has a social purpose and BIT is passionate about its values – social impact, empiricism and humility, fresh thinking, collaboration and public service – so you will need to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for and commitment to these.

Most of our staff have a degree in economics, psychology, social anthropology, statistics or related discipline or related discipline and an existing understanding of behavioural science literature is preferable.
One of these roles will require a candidate who has a strong background in experimental design and will be able to use inferential statistics, including but not limited to linear regressions and logistic regressions. Please indicate if you are able to use these techniques in the application process.
