Crafting effective communications during a crisis: Applying behavioural insights to COVID-19 comms
Since February 2020, our dedicated COVID-19 team has been supporting the global COVID-19 response by advising governments and public bodies on how a behavioural change approach can improve the efficacy of coronavirus communications.
Through rapid, iterative communications and acceptability testing with over 30,000 participants across the globe we’ve collated some of the behavioural principles that can be used to communicate more effectively during this time.
