Caitlin is an Senior Advisor with our International team, and is based in our Sydney office. Her work focuses on international development, gender equality, environment and preventative health. Caitlin also provides training and capability building in BI to governments and organisations in Asia and the Pacific. Prior to joining BIT, Caitlin worked at the Behavioural Economics Team of the Australian Government (BETA) where she worked with Australian Government agencies to identify how behavioural insights could be applied to key government priorities.
Before BETA, Caitlin worked at KPMG as a Management Consultant, providing consulting services to the Australian Government. Caitlin completed her Bachelor of Economics at the Australian National University and her Graduate Diploma in Psychology at the University of New South Wales.
