Chloe Bustin

Principal Advisor

Chloe is a Principal Advisor in the International Programmes team. Since joining BIT in 2016, she has worked on a broad range of policy areas in the UK and overseas, including gender equality, crime prevention, poverty reduction, employment, corruption and tax. She has collaborated with government partners, international organisations, such as the Inter-American Development Bank and UNDP, and third sector organisations in Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia and Latin America.

Prior to joining BIT, Chloe worked in account management for a brand response agency delivering integrated marketing campaigns for financial services clients. Chloe holds an MSc in Language Sciences (with specialisation in neuroscience and communication) from UCL and a BA in Modern Languages (Russian and Hispanic Studies) from Durham University. During her undergraduate degree Chloe spent a year abroad working in digital marketing in Spain and education in Russia.
