Chloe is an Advisor working across home affairs and international development. Her work primarily focuses on the application of behavioural science to domestic abuse and gender equality in the UK, Latin America and Eastern Europe. Since joining the team, she has worked on a range of policy areas in the UK and overseas, including poverty reduction, birth registration, employment, corruption and tax.
Prior to joining BIT, Chloe worked in account management for a brand response agency delivering integrated marketing campaigns for financial services clients. Chloe holds an MSc in Language Sciences (with specialisation in neuroscience and communication) from UCL and a BA in Modern Languages (Russian and Hispanic Studies) from Durham University. During her undergraduate degree Chloe spent a year abroad working in digital marketing in Spain and education in Russia.
