Elliot Hoffman

Program Manager

As an Program Manager, Elliot supports the successful operation of BIT’s state and city government portfolios. He focuses primarily on the What Works Cities program to enhance cities’ use of data and evidence to make better policy decisions and improve public services. Prior to joining BIT, Elliot served in a strategic support function at a global investment firm where he helped business partners solve problems and identify process improvements.

Elliot holds a Bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College, where he studied Business, Organizations and Society, with a minor in Spanish.
