Jake is a Senior Advisor at BIT North America. He has experience leading research and innovation projects with policymakers and practitioners from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Prior to joining BIT, Jake worked as a social innovation consultant, helping clients design social impact programs and campaigns. He also spent five years working on and writing about randomized evaluations of poverty alleviation programs with Innovations for Poverty Action. He is the co-author of two books; More Than Good Intentions and Failing in The Field: What We Can Learn When Field Research Goes Wrong
Jake studied mathematics at Columbia University and earned a Masters in Public Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University.
