Jessica leads the post-16 skills and education brief at BIT. She has designed and delivered behavioural interventions across various educational contexts including Technical Education, Higher Education, lifelong learning and apprenticeships. Prior to joining BIT she worked in central Government and has three years of experience delivering behaviour change and social research at Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs and the Department of Energy and Climate Change. She has also held posts as a policy advisor in the Department for Transport and in Private Office at the Department for Work and Pensions. Jessica holds a first-class Psychology degree and a master’s in Organisational Psychology from the University of Manchester.
