Kaamila is an Associate Advisor at BIT Canada where she applies behavioral insights for social and public policy.
Prior to joining BIT, she worked in impact evaluation where she led research and monitoring and evaluation mandates for public sector and non-profit clients across public health, sustainable livelihoods, and climate. She has also carried out consulting projects for the World Bank where she applied behavioral science for policy and international development.
Kaamila holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Master’s in Social Science from the University of Chicago.
