Kelly Brosko

Kelly works as a Senior Human Resources Generalist for BIT Americas. As an HR professional, Kelly has a passion for improving the employee experience and internal processes. She has previously held positions across a variety of industries, both in NYC and Sydney, Australia, where she focused on recruitment, HR projects, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.

She holds a Bachelors Degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Richmond, where she also participated in research and developed an appreciation for evidence-based projects and social impact.
