Kennedy is an Advisor with BIT North America in New York. Her work focuses on helping governments apply behavioral insights to social policy and programs. Prior to joining BIT, Kennedy was a consultant for federal and state government agencies, specializing in business process improvement, performance management, and evidence-based policymaking. She also has experience working for an international organization that conducts multi-method research in complex global environments.
Kennedy holds a Master’s in Behavioral and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a dual BA in Foreign Affairs and Global Security & Justice from the University of Virginia, where she graduated with distinction.
