Lauren is an Advisor in consumer and business market policy, based in the London office. She specialises in tackling gambling-related harms within BIT’s Gambling Policy and Research Unit.
Prior to joining BIT, Lauren was a Behavioural Insights Analyst at Ofgem, working across energy decarbonisation, compliance, and transformation initiatives. Lauren has also previously worked in marketing consultancy, advising a number of consumer brands on how to apply behavioural science to their communications. Lauren holds a Masters degree in Psychology from the University of St Andrews, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Lancaster University.
