Lucy Sadler

Lucy works in the HR department at BIT, and is currently studying for her CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management. Lucy is keen to develop generalist HR experience and up-skill in all of the relevant stages of the employee lifecycle.

Prior to joining BIT, Lucy worked for Thames Valley Police as a HR Administrator, where she was the main point of contact for generalist HR queries. Lucy holds a first class Honours undergraduate degree in Sociology, from Birmingham City University.
