Luke is a Methods Advisor at BIT Americas where he focuses on applying behavioral insights to policy, services, and products. He also provides human-centered design and design expertise across BIT’s portfolio of work. Since joining BIT, Luke has helped organizations design and test communications in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, developed digital evaluation tools and guidance for government professionals, and helped cities refine their services in early childhood education, permitting processes, financial empowerment, waste management, and more.
Before joining BIT, Luke was a Senior Innovation Consultant at EPAM Continuum where he applied human-centered design methods to develop products and services in a variety of sectors including healthcare, education, water and sanitation, retail, and transportation. Luke holds a B.S. in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati.
