Luke is the Director of our Singapore office. He joined BIT in 2014 and since then has worked on more than 50 projects. In the past 4 years, he has worked on a wide range of policy issues including procurement, obesity and diabetes, business growth, financial inclusion, road safety, maternal health, tax and corruption. Luke was previously head of International Programmes at BIT. In this role, he ran behavioural trials with the World Bank, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO). He has worked in Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, India, Mexico, Moldova, Singapore, UAE and the UK.
Prior to working with the Behavioural Insights Team, Luke worked for Ideas42 in India on two large public health trials, one on nutrition and one on alcohol. Prior to that, he worked at a large consultancy firm. Luke holds a degree in Economics from University College London (UCL) and a master’s from the University of Cambridge.
