Maddy Phipps-Taylor is the UK Managing Director, with extensive experience across consulting, government, academia, and the health tech sector. She has advised the UK Prime Minister on health and life sciences policy, led strategy at the Care Quality Commission, and run technology companies supporting healthcare services.
Maddy holds a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering from Oxford and was a Harkness Fellow at UC Berkeley’s School of Public Health. She also mentors social impact professionals through the Zinc incubator and the On Purpose programme.
