Maximilian Kroner Dale
Maximilian is an Associate Advisor at BIT Americas. His primary focus is on domestic projects, helping U.S. cities apply behavioral insights to policy.
Since joining the team, he has worked on a range of projects including improving city COVID-19 communications, increasing enrollment with High School Equivalency programs for disadvantaged residents, researching corporate policies and practices to support low-wage workers, and increasing comprehension of investor fee reports in Canada.
Prior to his work at BIT, Max spent some time at The Center for Advanced Hindsight at Duke University where he collaborated on projects related to financial decision making. He also studied smartphone use, notification bundling, and the economics of online attention markets. Max graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Willamette University with a B.A. in Economics.
