Micah is a Principal Advisor and the Head of Research at BIT Americas. She collaborates with city governments to implement behavioral insights and conduct cost-effective evaluations across various policy domains. Micah leads BIT Americas’ research team, facilitates internal capacity building, and ensures the quality of research projects spanning the organization’s portfolios.
Micah holds a Master of Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and B.A in Anthropology from the University of Kansas, where she graduated with highest distinction and Phi Beta Kappa.
Before joining BIT, Micah worked at Mathematica Policy Research and conducted data analysis and program evaluation for federal nutrition and education programs. She also spent time with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to apply behavioral science principles toward improving customer service and operations across their facilities.
