Miguel Rosales
Senior Advisor
Miguel is a Senior Advisor and works in the International Development area. Prior to BIT, Miguel worked in the Mexican Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, within the International Affairs Unit, and as an advisor to the Undersecretary of Finance. Before that, he worked in the Rural Supply Program Evaluation team and as an advisor to the Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (Amexcid). He also has experience working within philanthropy projects in Mexico, as a research assistant at the Woodrow Wilson Center, and consultant at the World Bank.
Miguel holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a BA in International Relations from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
