Senior Research Advisor
Min-Taec is a Senior Research Advisor based in our Sydney office, working primarily within our research team on trial design, evaluation, and data analysis across our priority policy areas. Min-Taec has particular expertise in micro-econometrics and economic theory, with a focus on quasi-experimental methods as they apply to public policy evaluation.
His work has been key to the delivery of some of our team’s most challenging evaluation work, such as the design and analysis of a cluster step-wedge trial to reduce unemployment and an evaluation of homelessness services. He has also led the development of bespoke tools for power calculations and randomisation for complex trials. Prior to joining the team, Min-Taec worked for Deloitte Access Economics as an analyst in the Health and Social policy team.
Min-Taec holds a Bachelor’s of Economics and Social Sciences (Hons) from the University of Sydney and a Master’s of Economics from Cornell University.
