Rachel is an Advisor in the Singapore office working across a range of policy areas, with a particular focus on health, wellbeing, employment and crime. Prior to joining the team, she was a consultant at a boutique consulting firm, aAdvantage Consulting Group, where she worked with government agencies and private sector clients to improve public services and organisational processes. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the National University of Singapore and is also an alumnus of the University Scholars Programme.
