Reny Kiryakova
Associate Research Advisor
Reny is an Associate Research Advisor in the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion team. Before joining BIT, Reny completed a PhD at Durham University, where she researched decision-making under uncertainty in adults and young children. During that time, she also did a secondment at the Department for Work and Pensions where she developed guidance on policy trials’ design and implementation.
She holds a BSc in Psychology from Bangor University and an MA in Research Methods (Developmental Psychology) from Durham University.
