Dr Reny Kiryakova

Reny is a Research Advisor in the Work & Equalities team, supporting the team and other policy areas (e.g. education, energy & sustainability) with trial design, implementation and analysis. 

Prior to joining BIT, Reny completed a PhD at Durham University, where she researched decision-making under uncertainty in adults and young children. During that time, she also did a secondment at the Department for Work and Pensions where she developed guidance on policy trials’ design and implementation. 

She holds a BSc in Psychology from Bangor University and an MA in Research Methods (Developmental Psychology) from Durham University.
