Rhys Campbell
Senior Advisor
Rhys is a Senior Advisor in the Local Government team based in London. He leads much of BIT’s work with Local Authorities, covering a range of topics such as social care, sustainability, and improving local service delivery. Prior to joining BIT, Rhys worked in a range of senior policy and strategy roles in the UK Department for Education and Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance.
He holds an MSc in Behavioural Science (with Distinction) from LSE.
