Tess Moseley-Roberts

Tess is an Advisor in our International Programmes team, since joining BIT in 2021 she has worked across a range of projects in the EMEA and APAC regions. Her projects have spanned global health, tech governance, deliberative democracy, violence against women and girls and participatory research. 

She joined BIT after working for a charity focussed on improving pupil outcomes for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Before this, Tess worked for a boutique management consultancy, where she delivered a range of projects across the Public Sector. These included digitisation in central government, performance improvement at NHS Hospital Trusts and health and social care integration. Her focus was on engaging frontline staff to own, and drive, positive behavioural change.

Tess completed her undergraduate degree at University of Bristol in Politics, Sociology and International Relations.
