Tess Moseley-Roberts

Associate Advisor

Tess joined BIT as an Associate Advisor in the Home Affairs, Security and International Development team and has since worked across peacebuilding, anti-corruption and education in the international space and a number of UK criminal justice projects.

She joined BIT after working in the voluntary sector for a charity focussed on improving pupil outcomes for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Before this, Tess worked for a boutique management consultancy, where she delivered a range of projects across the Public Sector. These included digitisation in central government, performance improvement at NHS Hospital Trusts and health and social care integration. Her focus was on engaging frontline staff to own, and drive, positive behavioural change.

Tess completed her undergraduate degree at University of Bristol in Politics, Sociology and International Relations.
