Tom is an Advisor in the Financial Inclusion Team, specialising in tackling gambling-related harms within BIT’s Gambling Policy and Research Unit.
Tom’s expertise lies in the intersection between Behavioural Science and International Development, as well as in misinformation and online harms. Tom holds an MSc in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as a BSc in Governance, Economics, and Development from Leiden University College The Hague.
