Tom is an Advisor in the International Development team, working on projects in Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia.
Tom’s expertise lies in the intersection between Behavioural Science and International Development, as well as in misinformation, polarisation, and online harms. Tom holds an MSc in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as a BSc in Governance, Economics, and Development from Leiden University College The Hague.
