Tomas Garcia
Associate Advisor
Tomas is an Associate Advisor and works in the international development area. Before BIT, Tomas has delivered housing transformations in Buenos Aires’ shantytowns working as a liaison between the Minister and informal settlements. In the US, he has provided consultancy services to NYC companies on topics like social movements and collective intelligence. Recently, he has led an initiative with the International labour organization (ILO) focused on understanding the key challenges that Jordanian unions face in representing migrant workers.
Tomas is a Political Scientist with a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Columbia University.
