At BIT, Vasundhara serves as the Junior Cluster Operations Manager within the Operations Team, where she recently joined to support operational excellence and project delivery. She applies her behavioral science knowledge to optimize processes and enhance team effectiveness across assigned clusters.
Prior to BIT, Vasundhara accumulated nearly three years of experience in consumer insights research with expertise in qualitative methodologies at Kantar and Vox Populi Research in India. She holds an MSc in Behavioral Economics from the University of Warwick and a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Christ University India, creating a unique interdisciplinary foundation for her work. She recently enhanced her applied behavioral science skills at the Cowry Summer School, focusing on business challenges.
