Yihan is a Research Advisor specialising in research designs and evaluations. She explores which nudges have the best potential to improve public health and education fairness at low costs. She has worked on projects that aim to add five healthy years to UK citizens, encourage student engagement in Leeds, and empower informal caregivers in Essex. She has also worked with other researchers at BIT to innovate evaluation methods.
Prior to joining BIT, Yihan investigated nudge-related theories and applications during her PhD candidature in Nanyang Technological University and conducted epidemiological research during her Master in University Pompeu Fabra. She also has project management and consulting experience in science communication and corporate social responsibility.
