New Results: Reducing food waste in the UAE's cafeterias

Ne'ma, UAE's National Food Loss and Waste Initiative (a collaboration of UAE's Ministry of Climate Change and Environment and the Emirates Foundation) asked BIT to build a picture of the behaviours driving the UAE’s food waste problem.
