Lili Murphy

Lili is responsible for managing and optimizing project management and resourcing systems to support BIT Americas’ efficiency, effectiveness, and growth.

Prior to joining the Behavioral Insights Team, Lili spent a decade working in the New York City nonprofit sector – in roles spanning development, operations, and program evaluation – with organizations focused on youth with disabilities, special education, and affordable housing.

Lili holds a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University.
