We are recruiting for a Senior Advisor to join us in our new Singapore office and for multiple roles in our Research and Evaluation team in London. See below for more details:

Singapore office roles

The Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) will be opening an office in Singapore later this year. The Singapore office will work on five to ten projects for government ministries in Singapore.

Senior Advisor

We are looking for a senior professional to join us. The right candidate will be keen to apply their behavioural science knowledge to government policy, and passionate about using and developing evidence.

Applicants must have a degree, ideally in economics, psychology or other relevant discipline, as well as an understanding of behavioural science literature.

London Research Team roles

The Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) is looking for great candidates, with varying levels of experience, to join our Research and Evaluation team in London. The Research and Evaluation Team works with each of our policy teams to test the impact of behaviourally informed policies in the UK and overseas. The output of this work helps to define how governments and international organisations – like the World Bank and the UN – respond to some of the most crucial policy challenges of our time.

Associate Advisor

The Associate Advisor role would suit a graduate with a strong academic background in econometrics and trial design, who is keen to develop their experience further. They will undertake analysis under supervision, involving themselves in training and development opportunities to develop new empirical expertise in the field.

Advisor

Advisors will be expected to undertake the analysis of large experimental datasets under supervision, develop trial interventions and help to identify opportunities for new work. This role would suit a candidate with professional experience in econometrics, trial design and delivery or a background in conducting original research.

Senior Advisor

Senior Advisors will be expected to lead research projects and teams, interacting with senior government officials and partners to deliver challenging projects to tight deadlines and budgets. This role would suit an experienced candidate with a strong professional and academic background in designing and implementing rigorous trials.
