Alison Howard-Macey

Alison plays a pivotal role at BIT as a Senior Advisor within the Work and Equalities team. She is instrumental in partnering with organisations to develop initiatives that bolster employment, enhance organisational behaviour, and advocate for equality, diversity, and inclusion to boost productivity. Alison works collaboratively with organisations to design interventions that will refine workplace practices related to EDI and productivity, with the aim of significantly contributing to the creation of more equitable and inclusive work environments.

Before joining BIT, Alison’s career was marked by  contributions to behavioural insights and policy programmes within the public sector. She has a MSc. in Behavioural Science with Distinction awarded by the University of Stirling.
