
Dr Erin Lawn
Associate Advisor
Erin is an Associate Advisor working across the research and policy teams in our Sydney office. She has a special interest in ethics and wellbeing related topics such as animal welfare, social inequality, and environmental sustainability.
Erin joined BIT after completing a Ph.D. in psychology at the University of Melbourne, where she specialised in social and personality psychology. Her research examined individual differences in prosocial preferences using the Big Five model of basic personality traits. During her Ph.D., Erin taught several introductory psychology and social and personality psychology units to undergraduate students. Erin also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Melbourne (with majors in psychology and the history and philosophy of science).
