Dr Erin Lawn
Erin is a Research Advisor in our Sydney office, working across the research and policy teams. She joined BIT in 2021 after completing her PhD at the University of Melbourne, where she specialised in social and personality psychology with a focus on ethics and prosocial behaviour.
Erin is passionate about improving human and animal welfare, and has applied her research skills across a diverse range of policy areas such as employment services, social housing, work health and safety, underage drinking, and paid parental leave. Her expertise lies in collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative data, and using these insights to co-design and test behaviourally informed interventions that solve practical problems. Erin has also presented at several BI workshops, and provided on-site project support and capability building training to government partners.
