Pia Posadas

Pia is an Associate Advisor at BIT Americas, where she advises partners on how behavioral science insights can be used to inform public policies and programs. Prior to joining BIT, Pia worked at two other consulting firms: As a research analyst at McKinsey & Company, she supported client service teams and clients alike by providing knowledge specific to the Philippine market. As a data strategist at the technology consultancy Thinking Machines, she led the design and implementation of large-scale big data and AI solutions for enterprise clients.

Pia holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Ateneo de Manila University and a master’s degree in behavioral and decision sciences from the University of Pennsylvania.
