- You will be automatically entered into a prize draw if you complete all the questions in the survey by the final deadline and press ‘Submit’.
- The prize draw is being organised by Behavioural Insights Ltd.
- You must be aged over 18, based in the UK and taking part in the UK Year of Service Programme to participate in the survey and prize draw.
- There is one prize available: a £100 Amazon voucher. You have a 1 in 250 chance of winning.
- We reserve the right to change the nature of the prizes, provided the substituted prize is of equivalent value. Prizes are non-transferable.
- The prize draw is free to enter, and no skill or input is required from you, other than completing the survey.
- The winner will be chosen at random, by no later than 30th April 2022.
- The winner will be contacted by Behavioural Insights Ltd (ukys-evaluation@bi.team) with an Amazon e-voucher code to the value of £100. This can then be redeemed against any purchases online at www.amazon.co.uk by simply entering the 14-digit e-voucher code at checkout.
- If you are not contacted, you can assume that you have not won the prize.
- You will have up to two weeks from being notified to claim your prize, otherwise we reserve the right to withdraw it and/or offer it to another randomly selected survey participant. We do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
- The voucher is non transferable, and cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.
- We shall not be responsible for compensating the winners or accepting any liability for any loss or damage occurring as a result of the winners using or otherwise taking up their prize.
- We reserve the right to withdraw the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice where it is necessary and reasonable to do so.
- By taking part in the survey you agree that Behavioural Insights Ltd can use your name and email address to contact you if you are selected as part of the prize draw.
