Express your interest in participating

Understanding and influencing human behaviour contributes to the success of any business. From strategy to people management, organisational transformation to compliance, initiatives informed by behavioural science are often simple and low-cost, and have a greater likelihood of achieving results.

In this 1-day programme, you will learn how to:

  • Understand the factors that drive the behaviour of customers, partners and employees
  • Navigate the systematic cognitive biases and traps that can hamper strategic initiatives
  • Equip yourself with practical tools and techniques to improve the quality of decision-making and to better guide teams’ decisions
  • Master the process of designing innovative, low-cost solutions to your own business challenges, using behavioural insights

The course will take place in a small-group setting, allowing you to engage in dynamic sessions blending interactive lectures, case study discussions, and hands-on activities for practical learning.

Led by experts at BIT, a global leader in behavioural science, this executive programme equips participants with the knowledge and tools to deliver measurable results.

Extend your learning beyond the classroom after the course, with a personalised coaching session, seamlessly connecting insights to real-world applications. You can further maximise the value of the course by empowering your colleagues with a ‘Fundamentals of Behavioural Insights’ Masterclass delivered by BIT to your organisation, ensuring a wider adoption and application of BI methods.
