Rosario is an Associate Advisor at BIT Americas. She has experience conducting data analysis for social and political interventions. At BIT, she has supported the design, implementation and evaluation of multiple randomized controlled trials including interventions related to improve health practices, reduce gender violence, and increase citizen engagement in public mechanisms of accountability.
Prior to joining BIT, Rosario conducted research, impact evaluations, and survey data collection for different organizations. At the Inter-American Development Bank, she contributed to the impact assessment of loans related to governance, digital reforms and transparency. She also worked as a consultant applying behavioral science techniques to areas such as bribery and political elections.
She is certified in Data Science for Social Sciences and Public Policy, and holds a B.A. in Political Science and Government from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
