Senior Policy Advisor
Tom is a senior policy advisor in our Rapid Insights Team – a joint policy venture with Nesta, that brings together new research and expertise from both organisations to address pressing policy challenges. He leads the team’s work on net zero, housing and infrastructure.
Tom joined Nesta and the Behavioural Insights Team from the Department for Levelling Up, where he worked on net-zero housing policy. Before this he worked in the Cabinet Office in the COVID-19 taskforce, leading work on data and analysis which supported cabinet decision-making.
