Cindia Li

Cindia is an Associate Advisor on the Consumer & Business team in the London office. She is currently working on projects across labour markets, gambling, and citizen innovation.

Cindia holds a first-class degree in Human Sciences (BA) from Oxford University, where she completed her dissertation on the importance of intergroup contact for global cooperation. Her passion lies in using behavioural science to create conditions for cooperative intergroup dynamics.

Having grown up in Shanghai, Cindia is bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English. She’s also an amateur pianist and dancer.
