
Kristina Londakova
Senior Advisor , Energy & Sustainability / Policy Advisor to the CEO
Kristina is a Senior Advisor working in the Energy and Sustainability team. She also supports BIT’s CEO on pressing issues across different policy areas, including tackling COVID-19 and climate change.
Before taking on this role, Kristina was Advisor working with BIT’s Health and Gender and Equality teams. Previously, she was seconded to the policy innovation function at the Cabinet Office’s Economic and Domestic Affairs Secretariat.
During her time almost 5 years at BIT, she led dozens of projects in public health and gender equality in the labour market, within the UK and in Europe. Her projects include boosting urgent GP cancer referrals, encouraging employers to advertise more roles as flexible or redesigning a hospital procurement platform.
Before joining BIT, Kristina was with OECD’s Economic Department and completed a Double Master’s in International Economic Policy and Political Economy with the London School of Economics and Sciences Po Paris.
