Dr Filip Gesiarz

Filip is a Research Advisor in the Online Experiments team. He focuses on the design, delivery and analysis of online randomised controlled trials. Filip has worked as a lead researcher on several dozen projects across a range of policy areas, and consulted on a number of data science projects. Before joining the Online Experiments team, he was the lead researcher for the Gender and Behavioural Insights Programme – a two-year research collaboration with the UK Government Equalities Office.

Filip holds a PhD in Decision Neuroscience from University College London, and worked before as a Research Assistant in the Department of Experimental Psychology at Oxford University.
