Ellie Lugt
Senior Advisor
Ellie is a Senior Advisor within the Financial Behaviour team in the London office.
Ellie leads projects focussed on applying behavioural insights to improve financial wellbeing.
Prior to joining BIT, Ellie worked for the UK Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) as a Monitoring & Evaluation Advisor and as a Fast Stream Social Research Officer, where she managed research and evaluation projects including behavioural insights trials. Ellie has prior experience working as a Research Assistant for BIT and also as a consultant in an investment company, applying behavioural science to financial decision-making.
Ellie holds an undergraduate degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience from University College London (UCL).
