Kirstie is a Methods Advisor with BIT Americas, where she works primarily on helping local and city governments apply behavioral insights to policy.
Prior to joining BIT, Kirstie worked in various psychology research labs on topics such as long term adaptation to traumatic experiences, developing social perspective taking measures and student-teacher relationships, and worked as a salesperson for luxury retail brands. Kirstie holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Bath and an MA in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University.
