Kirstie is an Advisor with BIT Americas and works primarily on helping local and city governments apply behavioral insights to policy.
Kirstie holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Bath and an MA in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University. Prior to joining BIT, Kirstie worked in various psychology research labs on topics such as long term adaptation to traumatic experiences, developing social perspective taking measures and student-teacher relationships, and worked as a salesperson for luxury retail brands.
