Mia Mayixuan Li
Advisor
Mia is an Advisor in the International Programmes Team. Prior to joining BIT, Mia worked for the United Nations Development Programmes as a Communications Officer. Her work to date with BIT has focused on the application of behavioral insights to a broad range of policy challenges. These include anti-corruption, gender equality, sexual and reproductive health, and gambling harm reduction, both in the UK and internationally. Mia has collaborated with government agencies, international organizations, and third-sector entities in countries across South Asia, sub-Saharan Africa, and the Middle East.
Mia holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, with a certificate in Management, Leadership & Decision Sciences. She also holds a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College.
