Pantelis is a Principal Advisor in BIT’s Research and Evaluation team. Prior to joining BIT, Pantelis has worked as an economic consultant and applied behavioural insights in a regulatory and competition context. He has worked with regulators and companies across a range of sectors including financial services, energy, water and transport. He has also worked as a Consultant at the World Bank’s Poverty Reduction and Social Risk Management groups.
Pantelis holds a PhD in Economics from Brown University. In his thesis, he examined how schools responded to performance-based bonuses in the state of North Carolina. He also holds an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University and a BSc in Government and Economics from the London School of Economics.
