Sam Glaser-Nolan

Associate Advisor

Sam is an Associate Advisor at BIT Americas based in Washington, DC, where he applies behavioral science to improve state and federal government operations, policies, and programs.

Most recently, Sam worked in the University of California, Berkeley’s The People Lab, striving to transform the public sector, by producing cutting-edge research on the people in government and the communities they serve, using data-driven approaches. Prior to graduate school, Sam worked in local government, focusing mainly on homeless services in the New York City Mayor’s Office and Department of Homeless Services, bringing human centered design to case management software and homeless services program delivery.

Sam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Greek and Roman Studies from Vassar College and a Master’s of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy.
