BIT established the Washington DC office in early 2020 to focus on relationships with partners at all levels of the U.S. government. The office works with state and federal government agencies on issues varying from revenue collection to unemployment insurance. In addition, we partner with cities across the country to improve their public-facing programs and processes through the What Works Cities initiative.
