Gambling operators are experts at using behavioural science to drive consumer demand. We do the same – to reduce harm. Small changes can make a big difference. For example, removing high default deposit amounts from deposit limits halved the limits customers set for themselves.
Our work with operators builds on our extensive research of customer journeys across the market and is informed by industry leaders and individuals with lived experience of gambling harm.
