Gambling operators are experts at using behavioural science to drive consumer demand. We do the same – to reduce harm. Small changes can make a big difference. For example, removing high default deposit amounts from deposit limits halved the limits customers set for themselves.
Our work with operators builds on our extensive research of customer journeys across the market and is informed by industry leaders and people who have experienced gambling harm. With this well-rounded understanding, we use behavioural science to design solutions that make gambling safer while maintaining quality customer experiences.
