Andriana is a Research Advisor specialising in conducting qualitative research with young people and vulnerable groups. She supports exploratory research and evaluation projects across a range of policy areas, including children’s social care, education, home affairs, health and wellbeing. Prior to joining BIT, she managed multiple community-based research projects focused on promoting mental health and wellbeing of different groups of people (e.g. students, adults with disabilities).
Andriana holds an MSc with Distinction in Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation from the University of Oxford (UK) and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University (Canada).
