Celeste Wee
Advisor
Celeste is an Advisor at the BIT Singapore office working across a diverse set of fields, with a particular focus on home affairs, skills, and labour. Prior to joining BIT, she worked for the Ministry of Social and Family Development, where she applied implementation science to support community organisations, and worked with multiple ministries and agencies to develop mental health policies and programmes.
She also has experience in designing, delivering and evaluating offender rehabilitation programmes, as a psychologist in the Singapore Prison Service. She holds a degree in psychology from the University of Cambridge, and a specialist certificate in implementation science from the University of Melbourne.
