Maxime Sirera

Maxime Sirera est conseiller junior au BIT France et spécialiste en recherche quantitative. Il est responsable de l’élaboration et de l’implémentation d’évaluations rigoureuses des solutions conçues par le BIT France. Il travaille sur des sujets variés allant de l’accompagnement des demandeurs d’emploi au dépistage du tabagisme par les professionnels de santé. Avant de rejoindre le BIT, Maxime a travaillé pour J-PAL ou il a soutenu le déploiement d’un essai randomisé contrôlé visant à évaluer l’impact du microcrédit flexible en milieu rural au Maroc. 

Maxime est titulaire d’un master en Politique Publiques et Développement à la Paris School of Economics, où il s’est notamment spécialisé en évaluation quantitative des politiques publiques. Il parle couramment le français, l’anglais et l’espagnol et apprend le portugais. 

Maxime Sirera is a junior advisor at BIT France and a specialist in quantitative research. He is responsible for developing and implementing rigorous evaluations of solutions designed by the BIT. He works on a variety of subjects ranging from support for jobseekers to tobacco use screening for health professionals. Prior to joining the BIT, Maxime worked for J-PAL where he supported the roll-out of a randomised controlled trial to assess the impact of flexible microcredit in rural areas in Morocco. 

Maxime holds a master’s degree in Public Policy and Development from the Paris School of Economics, where he specialised in the quantitative evaluation of public policies. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish and is learning Portuguese.
